Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 July 2026

This policy explains what information MismoWeb ("we", "us") collects, why, who we share it with, and what your rights are. It covers this website, the websites we build and host for our clients, and our dealings with you. Questions any time: [email protected].

1. What we collect, and why

If you visit mismoweb.com

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless: it gives us aggregate numbers (page views, countries, referrers) without cookies, without tracking you across sites, and without building a profile of you. If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, business description and message you type. We use them to reply to you, and for nothing else.

If we've prepared a demo website for your business

We sometimes build a working preview to show a business what its website could look like. We prepare it only from information the business has already made public: its existing website, public social media pages, and public listings, covering the business name, address, opening hours, menu or services, and public photos. If you'd like a preview taken down or the material deleted, one message to us is enough and it's done. If a business doesn't become a client, we delete the collected material within 60 days of our last contact.

If you're a client

We keep your contact details, our correspondence with you, your website content, and your billing history (which plan, which invoices, paid or not). Payments are processed by our payment provider. Your card or e-wallet details go directly to them, and we never see or store them.

If you visit a website we host for a client

We host those sites on the client's behalf. They use the same cookieless aggregate analytics described above, and if you use a contact form on one, your message is passed to that business. They're the ones responsible for what they do with it.

2. What we don't do

3. Who we share information with

Only the service providers that run the service, and only what each one needs for its job:

Some of these providers store data on servers outside your country. Beyond that, we only disclose information if the law requires it.

4. How long we keep things

5. Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days, usually much sooner. You also have the right to complain to the data-protection authority in your country.

6. Security

Everything we serve runs over HTTPS, access to our systems is limited to the people who need it, and we use established providers for hosting, payments and email rather than rolling our own.

7. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, the new version appears here with an updated date. If a change meaningfully affects clients, we'll email you about it as well.
